Painter, graphic artist and teacher at art schools, he probably received his artistic education in Krakow and Lviv. In 1922 he moved from his native Cracow to Bydgoszcz, where he lived until 1938, and then returned to Cracow. He only exhibited during the "Bydgoszcz" period, from 1922. , from 1929 he was a member of the Association of Pomeranian Visual Artists, co-founder of the Group of Pomeranian Visual Artists (1932), belonged to the Association of Professional Visual Artists of Greater Poland (from 1935), as well as to the Artists' Fraternity in Torun. He participated in almost all community exhibitions in Bydgoszcz, debuting at shows at the Zachęta Gallery in Bydgoszcz. He painted portraits, landscapes (including views of Bydgoszcz), flowers and genre scenes, in oil, watercolor and pastel. Framed 33x23.5 cm, under glass.
