Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für Online-Auktionen von Münzwerk Laton
Hinweis:
Der Veranstalter ist nicht mehrwertsteuerpflichtig. Auf Zuschlag und Aufgeld
wird keine Mehrwertsteuer erhoben. Der Gesamtkaufpreis setzt sich aus dem
Zuschlagspreis, einem Aufgeld von 15 % sowie den Versandkosten zusammen.
Käufer mit Lieferadresse ausserhalb der Schweiz haben zusätzlich allfällige
Zollabgaben, Einfuhrsteuern und Gebühren gemäss den Bestimmungen des jeweiligen
Ziellandes zu tragen.

Notice: The
organiser is not subject to VAT. No VAT is charged on the hammer price or the
buyer’s premium. The total purchase price therefore consists of the hammer
price, a buyer’s premium of 15% and the shipping costs.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
