Born in 1944 in Warsaw, Poland. From 1968 to 1974, he studied at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in the Department of Graphic Design. He received his diploma with honors in 1974 for a series of science-fiction paintings. He practiced painting and drawing, his last great passion and love was pastel. He exhibited rather rarely - he claimed that "what he creates is not yet something that can be subjected to public judgment." This stemmed from a deep humility for art and his workshop.
