Oil on canvas, 2017, 100x100c
The artist received his diploma in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw in 2000, under the direction of Professor Stanislaw Kortyka. The protagonist of Budzynski's paintings is a human being, even if a representation of solids or geometric figures appears on canvas these are often imperfect, pulsating shapes, created by man and for man, rather than "pure geometry" or mathematical perfection. It is an emotional and anthropocentric geometry, and the artist's creative attitude is existential and expressive.
