Artist of Jewish origin, born in Piotrkow Trybunalski, called "Polish Chagall". In 1946 he settled in Lodz.

In 1954 he was commissioned to design a memorial to the victims of Nazism in Lodz. The project was realized in the 1960s.
In his paintings, he repeatedly portrayed a Jewish city (Sthetl) subjected to the changes of seasons or periods of life of the
of the characters depicted often such as musical violinists. The offered painting by Muszka, titled "Before the Concert - Trio," confirms the painter's love of music. After leaving Lodz and settling in Paris in 1967, in addition to painting he created his own interpretations of Jewish songs, which he played in his studio.
His works are in the collections of the National Museum in Warsaw, the Museum of the City of Warsaw, the Historical Museum of the City of Cracow, the Museum of Art in Lodz, the Jewish Historical Institute, and the Emigration Archives in Torun.
