Obverse: in the linear border a crowned five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Snopes of the Vasa dynasty, in the outer border a legend punctuated by the denomination 3 in the escutcheon:

Reverse: in the linear rim a royal apple, inside of which the denomination mark 24, on the sides of the cross an abbreviation of the date 1-6, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the Abdank coat of arms in the shield of arms:
