One of the most interesting and promising artists of the younger generation. He shows his
versatility shows by dealing simultaneously with painting, printmaking and sculpture.
sculpture. He is a graduate of the Graphic Arts Department at the Faculty of Art of UP in Cracow. The main motif in his
works are human figures, transformed and technically synthesized. He combines organic
shapes with architectural-sculptural form adding an emotional charge and intimate
closeness of the activities performed. He often depicts his figures in a strong connection with the fauna and
flora, and the feeling of their connection is heightened by their placement on a flat single-color surface with a
lightly outlined cubic of a small interior. Boguslaw Deptuła aptly summarizes
his work in the brief words "By sculpting he paints, by painting he sculpts...". His works are
are in many Polish and foreign collections.
