In 2003 he received his diploma in painting from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in the studio of Prof. Jaroslaw Modzelewski. His work includes painting, photography, installations, objects, video and actions in urban space. Since 2001, together with Piotr Kiopik and Karol Radziszewski, he has co-founded the szuszu group. He has participated in numerous group and individual exhibitions in the country (CCA Ujazdowski Castle, BWA Zielona Gora, Arsenal Gallery in Poznan, Fokus LodzBienale) and abroad( among others: Humboldt Berlin, Umspannwerk; Bat-Yam International Biennale of LandscapeUrbanism in Israel; in Graz, Tokyo FashionWeek). In 2006, he was an Artist- In-Residence fellow in Bern, Switzerland. He lives and works in Warsaw.
"He is interested in the cityscape, corporeality, music, "inner dirt", waste and aesthetic scrap. He draws on street-art styles (stencils and spray paints) - which he combines with laser technique and texture painting. He also paints with magnetic paints to attach additional mobile elements to the plane of the paintings. He is inspired by the sampling technique used in music. In his work, he surprises with the juxtaposition of motifs, aesthetic nonchalance, and a sense of humor. He creates an atmosphere of horror. He brings out various shapes, spots in the darkness, which are traces of man's bodily existence. He eagerly undertakes the game of associations, dismantles the world, questions ready-made solutions, reevaluates the categories of beauty and ugliness."
