Obv: St. Theodoros (left) and other military saint (right) standing, each holding a spear with his right hand and resting a shield on the ground with his left. Inscription preserved in middle column: ὁ ἅ(γιος) [Θεό]δωρ[ος]. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of five lines: [+]σφρα[γὶ]ς Λέον(τος) [σεβ]αστοῦ [τ]οῦ τηλ[...]?
Translation: Seal of the sebastos Leo [...].
