rectangular, 14k yellow gold, with hinged lid, finely engraved with floral decoration; on the lid a hunting scene with deer, hare and dog.Stamped on the inside 14 CMWS - and a symbol most probably belonging to a goldsmith from the Swiss canton of Neuchatel and on the hinged edge of the lid 1504. Item condition grading: **** good.The lot is in a good state of preservation with the normal wear and defects commensurate with its age and use over time. Verified with XRF spectrometer is guaranteed to be gold at the approximate fineness of 580 ‰ (ca. 14 K)
