by Cesar, aka Cesar G. Akarcon (born 1955 in Zacatlán), spent most of his childhood in the “Barrio del Artista,” a gathering place for many Mexican artists in Puebla. He then studied sculpture for three years at the “Universidad de Artes Visuales.” Cesar has won awards in many cities across Mexico, including Tlaxcala, Guanajuato, and Puebla, as well as in Mexico City. His works have also been featured in exhibitions in Zacatlán and Piedras Negras. Cesar also works in drawing and painting.
